BTL Exion Machine

BTL EXION

The BTL Exion is a non-invasive skin rejuvenation device that uses radiofrequency and ultrasound technology to treat a variety of skin concerns.

This newest skin treatment combines monopolar radiofrequency (RF) and AI for precise energy delivery to deeper skin layers.

Key Advantages

• AI Integration: All handpieces use AI for real-time adjustments, ensuring safety and efficacy
• Versatility: Combines RF, ultrasound, and microneedling on a single platform
• Patient Comfort: Cryogen cooling (Fractional RF) and minimal needle penetration reduce discomfort

For clinics seeking a multi-functional solution, the Exion’s handpieces enable comprehensive face and body treatments with proven collagen stimulation and fat reduction outcomes

The Exion’s technology can:

• Stimulate collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production
• Reduce the appearance of cellulite
• Tighten loose skin
• Reduce localized fat
• Improve skin texture, firmness, and overall health
• Stretch Marks
• Acne Clearance

1. EXION Fractional RF Handpiece

• Energy: Monopolar Radiofrequency (RF) + AI-driven Microneedling
• Mechanism:
  • Insulated or non-insulated microneedles penetrate up to 4mm, while RF energy reaches 8mm depth via thermal diffusion
  • AI monitors skin impedance and temperature for precise energy delivery
• Applications:
  • Wrinkle reduction, scar revision, and skin texture improvement.
  • Minimal downtime with single-pass efficiency

2. EXION Face Handpiece

• Energy: Monopolar RF + Targeted Ultrasound (TUS)
• Mechanism:
  • RF heats deep dermal layers, while TUS creates mechanical stress to stimulate hyaluronic acid (224% increase), collagen, and elastin
• Applications:
  • Non-invasive facial rejuvenation (lips, eyelids, décolletage).
  • Addresses laxity and enhances natural volume without injections

3. EXION Body Handpiece

• Energy: Monopolar RF + Targeted Ultrasound (TUS)

• Mechanism:
  • Dual energy targets subcutaneous fat and tightens skin via collagen remodeling
  • RF energy reaches up to 8mm for fat reduction, while TUS enhances fibroblast activity
• Applications:
  • Body contouring (abdomen, arms, thighs).
  • Improves cellulite and stubborn fat deposits

4. EXION Clear RF Handpiece

• Energy: Monopolar RF (superficial delivery)
• Mechanism:
  • Non-invasive RF for even skin tone and texture.
  • Ideal for sensitive areas with no downtime
• Applications:
  • Reduces redness, pigmentation, and mild texture irregularities.
